The Bony Pony

The Bony Pony began as most tack stores, a dream. It had been a dream of Jack and Cherie's, the owners, to be able to work together in something that they loved. So naturally they turned to their favorite hobby: horses. Both Jack and Cherie have been riding for decades and with Jack's horseshoeing background and Cherie's business background (as a CPA), a tack shop seemed a natural.

We wanted The Bony Pony to be what we couldn't find at other stores: a complete store for both the horse and rider. So we developed different tack and apparel centers within the store: western, huntseat and dressage, and a center for horse supplies and blankets. We have brought in the top names and brands that we like to use because of the value and quality as well as those recommended by our top trainers. We've hired top-notch people that care about you as a customer and they bring to the table years of experience, each in their own area. Our sales staff are not paid on commission, they want to help you select the product that is right for you, depending on your need and budget.
